Mobile Banking Facility is provided by all State Bank Branches to customers who have an ATM Card and a mobile which has bluetooth facility.
The mobile banking can be availed through 2 channels.
1. SMS
2. GPRS
For availing the service customer should send a SMS <MBSREG> to 9223440000 or 567676.
(messaging cost as per operator)
- The customer will be provided with a User ID and a MPIN
- The MPIN should be changed as the first step.
- This step also validates the handset for further transactions.
- After completing the process, customer should go to a nearest ATM and complete the mobile registration process using the ATM Card.
- Now, the mobile registration and mobile number being confirmed, the mobile application is ready for use.
- The user can change the channel - GPRS or SMS, depending on handset and availability of service.
